Delete in the app

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion cannot be undone.

Please check before deleting

• Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Please cancel it first in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

• Any remaining extra AI analysis packs will be lost and cannot be refunded.

• A master who has gallery members must first hand over the master role or end gallery sharing before deleting.

• Drawings saved on this device are not deleted, and you can keep viewing them while signed out.

What is deleted and what remains

• Your account information, consent records, AI usage balance, and the server copies of drawings, records, and AI results in galleries you used alone are deleted.

• Drawings and information you added to a gallery shared with others remain in that gallery; only your name as the person who added them is removed.

• As required by law, transaction records (App Store transaction ID, product, purchase date, expiration date, refund date) are disconnected from your account, kept separately for 5 years, and then deleted.

• Data remains in server usage logs and failure-recovery backups for up to 7 days, then is erased.

If you cannot use the app

If you cannot delete your account yourself because you removed the app or lost your device, email littlecanvas.app@gmail.com with the account type you signed in with (Google or Apple) and your account email, and ask for deletion. We will process it after confirming your identity.
