These Terms set out the conditions for using Little Canvas (the "App") and the rights and obligations of its users.

1. About the App

The App records drawings as photos. You can save a drawing's title, date, and feelings with it, and if you want, AI looks at the drawing and shows notes for reference. The App has features you can use for free and a paid plan (Curator).

2. Accounts and Sign-in

• You can use the App on this device only, without signing in.

• Features that need an account, such as gallery sharing and server sync, are used after signing in with Google or Apple. Only people aged 14 or older can create an account.

• You must manage your own account and device and take care that no one else uses your account.

3. Gallery Sharing

• The user who creates a gallery becomes its master and can invite other users with an invite code. An invite code can be used only once and is valid for 10 minutes.

• Creating a gallery and inviting others is available while using Curator (including the free trial). Invited users can view the gallery even with a free account.

• Up to 6 people, including the master, can view a gallery together.

• For each member, the master can set permissions to add or edit drawings, view AI results, and run AI analysis.

• Members must use the shared information and drawings only for the purpose of sharing.

4. Rights to Drawings and Records

The rights to the drawings, photos, titles, and feeling records you add belong to you. The operator stores and processes them only to the extent needed to provide the service.

5. About AI Analysis

• AI analysis is a note for reference based on the colors, lines, layout, and other features visible in a drawing.

• It is not a medical diagnosis, a psychological test, or a developmental assessment, and its results are not guaranteed to always be accurate. If you have concerns, please do not rely on AI results and consult a professional.

• The AI analysis provided by the operator can be used in a Curator gallery (including the free trial) by people whom the master has given permission to run AI analysis. Members can use it even with a free account, and uses are deducted from the gallery master's allowance. The master can set how many uses each member may have per month.

• Curator users can also run analysis with their own API Key. In that case, the terms and fees of that AI provider (Google Gemini or OpenAI) apply to the user. This feature is not available to free users or during the free trial.

• An AI provider's policies, models, fees, and terms may change without notice for the provider's own reasons. As a result, AI analysis results or quality may change or some features may be temporarily limited, and updates to these Terms may come later than the provider's changes.

6. What Users Must Follow

• Do not add other people's photos or drawings without their consent.

• Add a child's information only if you are the child's legal guardian or have the legal guardian's consent.

• Do not add content that violates the law or harms others.

• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the App or its servers.

7. Plans and Payment

• Free: You can record and keep drawings on this device, and you can view a gallery together when another user invites you.

• Curator (₩4,900 per month): Charged every month at the price shown on the App Store (VAT included), with the features below.

  • AI analysis for each drawing: 100 uses per month. Refilled to 100 on the same day each month, counting from the day payment started. Unused uses do not carry over to the next month.

  • AI summary by period: 30 uses per gallery per month

  • 1GB of server storage and sync with other devices

  • A shared gallery for up to 6 people including you

  • AI analysis with your own API Key

• Payment is made through App Store in-app purchase and is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.

• The subscription renews automatically every month. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, you will be charged for the next period.

• If the price changes, you will be notified in advance through the procedure set by the App Store, and your consent will be obtained where required by law or App Store procedures.

• If there is a payment problem, you can keep using the features for up to 16 days while Apple retries the payment.

• If you received a free or discounted period through an Apple offer code, the subscription renews automatically at the regular price when that period ends unless you cancel, and you will be notified and asked for consent in advance through the procedure set by the App Store.

8. Free Trial

• An account using Curator for the first time can try it free for 3 days. The trial starts in the App without payment, and you will not be charged automatically when the trial ends.

• During the trial you can use 10 AI drawing analyses, 1GB of server storage, sync, and gallery sharing. You cannot use analysis with your own API Key or buy extra AI analysis packs.

• The trial can be used only once per account, and accounts that have ever subscribed to Curator cannot use it.

• If you subscribe during the trial, the trial ends immediately and payment and the subscription start that day. Remaining trial days do not carry over.

• If you do not subscribe after the trial ends, Article 11 applies.

9. Additional Products

• Extra AI analysis packs (50 uses ₩1,900 · 100 uses ₩2,900 · 300 uses ₩7,900)

  • Can be bought only while subscribed to Curator (not during the free trial or after the subscription ends).

  • Monthly uses are used first, and packs are used after those run out.

  • Packs have no expiration and carry over to the next month. After the subscription ends they cannot be used until you subscribe again, and remaining packs stay on your account even if your server gallery is deleted.

  • If you delete your account, remaining packs are lost and cannot be refunded.

• Extra storage (+500MB, 1.5GB total, ₩900 per month · +1GB, 2GB total, ₩1,600 per month)

  • A subscription separate from Curator that renews automatically every month.

  • When Curator ends, the extra storage cannot be used but payment continues, so you must cancel it separately on the App Store.

  • Changing from +1GB to +500MB takes effect from the next billing date.

  • If you reduce storage and your usage exceeds the new limit, drawings on the server are not deleted, and new drawings are saved on this device only.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription in the App Store subscription settings (iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). After canceling, you can keep using it until the end of the period you already paid for.

• Deleting the App or deleting your account in the App does not cancel your App Store subscription. Please cancel on the App Store first.

• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests and decisions follow Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com), and the operator cannot issue refunds directly.

• You may request withdrawal of your purchase within 7 days of payment. However, once provision of digital content has started (for example, once you have used any AI analyses), withdrawal may be limited under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. The operator offers a 3-day free trial so you can try the service before paying.

• If a user under 19 paid without the consent of their legal guardian, the user or the legal guardian may cancel the payment. Cancellations and refunds follow Apple's process.

• Once a refund is processed, the benefits of that product (subscription features, pack uses, extra storage) are removed.

11. After a Subscription Ends

• When a subscription (including the free trial) ends, your galleries on the server become view-only, and you cannot upload drawings, run AI analysis, or invite others. Members who viewed with you can no longer see that gallery.

• The end date is the last day of the paid period if you canceled, or the last of the 16 days in Article 7 if there was a payment problem.

• If you subscribe again within 1 month of the end date, you can continue as before. You can also keep sharing by handing the gallery over to a member who is a paid user.

• After 1 month, the drawings, records, and AI analysis results of your galleries on the server are deleted and cannot be restored. Drawings on this device are not deleted.

12. Backup and Data Storage

Drawings saved only on the device without signing in may be lost if you delete the App or change devices. We recommend backing up regularly with "Data Backup" in Settings.

13. Account Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time with "Delete Account" under Account in Settings. Deletion cannot be undone.

• Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription, so please cancel it first. Remaining extra AI analysis packs are lost.

• A master who has members can delete their account only after handing the master role to another user or ending gallery sharing.

• If a member deletes their account, the drawings and information they added to the gallery remain in the gallery; only their name as the person who added them is removed.

• If a master who used a gallery alone deletes their account, the drawings and records of that gallery stored on the server are also deleted. Drawings on this device can still be viewed while signed out.

14. Service Changes and Suspension

The operator may change or stop features to improve the service or for operational needs, and will notify users in the App in advance of changes that significantly affect them. When major details of paid services change or a paid service is stopped, users will be notified 30 days in advance.

15. Liability

• If the operator causes damage to a user intentionally or through negligence, the operator will compensate for it under the applicable laws.

• The operator is not liable for damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, by the user's own fault, or by failures of outside services such as Apple, Google, or AI providers, unless the operator acted intentionally or negligently.

16. Changes to These Terms

When these Terms change, users will be notified in the App 7 days before the change takes effect, or 30 days before for changes unfavorable to users. If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may delete your account and stop using the App.

17. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

• If a dispute arises, please first let us know through "Contact Us". If it cannot be resolved by discussion, you may apply for mediation to a consumer dispute mediation body such as the Korea Consumer Agency, or file a lawsuit with the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
